Senior Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead civil and RCC activities on construction sites in the UAE. The role involves hands‑on supervision of structural works, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil and RCC site operations, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, rebar, formwork and concrete works.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site manpower and material deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections, obtain approvals and liaise with consultants, clients and project teams.
• Review structural and architectural drawings and verify material quantities.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and HSE regulations.
• Oversee finishing and interior fit‑out works when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of civil construction/site execution experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong hands‑on background in RCC and structural works.
• Experience with rebar, formwork, shuttering and concrete casting.
• Exposure to interior fit‑out and finishing works.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
