Senior Software Architect – Secure Mission‑Critical Platform

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Software Architect to lead the design and development of a shared software platform that underpins multiple mission‑critical products. You will work closely with product teams to deliver modular, scalable, and high‑performance solutions in a secure, air‑gapped environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design and drive the implementation of a reusable software platform across product lines.
• Promote decoupled, modular architectures that enable independent development while maintaining ecosystem coherence.
• Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Apply cloud‑native and low‑latency technologies to build high‑performance, air‑gapped systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic road‑maps.
• Provide architectural guidance and knowledge‑sharing across multidisciplinary Agile teams.
• Remain hands‑on with development teams to validate architectural decisions in practice.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of professional software development experience.
• At least three years of technical leadership or team‑lead experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (upper‑intermediate or higher).
• Ability to thrive in fast‑changing, high‑pressure project environments.
