Senior Software Project Manager – Salesforce Ecosystem

About the role

The Senior Software Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of software development projects within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers and testers.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, updates and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and resource utilization to ensure financial compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and staying updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• 6‑10 years of experience managing complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is mandatory.
• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions is advantageous.
