Senior Solution Architect – Digital Products & Security

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, resilient and high‑performance digital products and onboarding solutions. You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into robust technical architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, patterns and best practices.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions for web, mobile, microservices, APIs and related technology ecosystems.
• Ensure designs meet performance, scalability, reliability, availability and security requirements.
• Integrate applications with enterprise ecosystems, including event streams, message brokers, containers and cloud‑native platforms.
• Collaborate with Information Security teams to guarantee confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
• Conduct peer reviews, create reusable blueprints and reference architectures.
• Mentor junior architects and deliver knowledge‑sharing workshops.
• Identify and automate opportunities to improve architecture workflows.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in solution, application and security architecture for large‑scale digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to balance user experience, business goals and technical constraints.
• Proven track record of autonomous decision‑making while aligning with stakeholders.
• Continuous learning mindset with a focus on security architecture.
