Senior Solution Architect – Solutions & Systems Support

About the role

The Senior Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of performance monitoring and network analytics solutions for Emirates Telecommunications. You will work closely with end‑users, vendors and internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery across mobile, core and fixed networks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee technical requirements for network and service performance analysis, including automation use cases for autonomous operations.
• Design architecture and data models for performance monitoring, KPI dashboards, and QoS reporting.
• Develop and maintain charts, dashboards, and processes to evaluate network performance and resolve service‑affecting issues.
• Assist in preparing reports for mobile, core, and fixed networks, and propose new tools for performance evaluation.
• Support annual network planning, budgeting, and procurement approvals.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring equipment quality and compatibility.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in telecom network planning and performance analysis (4G/5G, core, fixed).
• Proven ability to guide teams, develop standards, and drive continuous improvement in network quality.
