Senior Solution Implementation Manager

About the role

Anaplan is seeking a highly driven self-starter with exceptional program-level delivery experience to join its team in the UAE as a Senior Solution Implementation Manager. The role lays the groundwork for the success of strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East, combining delivery leadership with strategic advisory. It suits a program delivery expert who can orchestrate multiple enterprise programs, keep them within budget and scope, and recover projects that have drifted off track.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan deployments with internal teams and external partners, establish governance, scope precisely and uncover hidden assumptions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, aligning stakeholders from operational leads to the C-suite.
• Navigate complex, multi-faceted programs, balancing scope, risk, budget and resourcing.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive decisions on design, testing, timelines and organizational change management.
• Use negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and keep projects moving.
• Advocate for and implement the Anaplan Way methodology.
• Provide clear, actionable reporting on project status and portfolio health to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrable history of program or project management on complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors, under tight timelines and budgets.
• Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, including negotiation and influence of senior leadership.
• English is required; Arabic speaker preferred but not essential.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A or Workforce Planning is a strong differentiator but not strictly essential.

Required skills

• Deep, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies (essential).
• Enterprise program management and project management.
