Senior Sourcing Manager – Technology & IT

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Manager will lead strategic sourcing and category management for technology and IT procurement. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and drive procurement excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives for technology and IT categories.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFI, RFP and RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract implementation.
• Conduct supplier, market and spend analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Lead commercial negotiations and monitor supplier performance to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Coach and develop procurement team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Finance or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in technology and IT sourcing categories with exposure to global technology vendors.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, category management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and relationship‑management skills.
• CIPS certification and experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms are advantageous.
