The Senior Spa Receptionist represents the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering flawless service from welcome to farewell. You will work closely with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless operations.

• Conduct all operational tasks in Spa Service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
• Prevent complaints and ensure effective service recovery when needed.
• Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always prioritizing the guest’s interests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and spa bookings.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; college degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
