Senior Specialist Consultant – Breast Surgeon

About the role

We are looking for highly qualified Senior Specialists and Consultants in Breast Surgery to join leading government and premium private healthcare facilities across the UAE. The role involves delivering advanced surgical care within multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with benign and malignant breast conditions.
• Perform breast surgical procedures in line with training, privileges and clinical standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for breast cancer and other breast disorders.
• Collaborate with radiologists, oncologists, pathologists and reconstructive surgeons.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and evidence‑based treatment decisions.
• Provide pre‑operative counselling, post‑operative care and long‑term follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to patient safety and clinical governance standards.

Required profile

• Postgraduate qualifications in General Surgery and/or Breast Surgery.
• Specialist or consultant‑level experience in breast surgery.
• Valid medical licence or professional registration.
• Eligibility to meet UAE healthcare licensing requirements.
• International credentials such as UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, German Board or other Western qualifications are encouraged.
