Senior Specialist Consultant – Emergency Medicine (Government Facility)

About the role

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is recruiting senior emergency medicine physicians for leading government and premium private hospitals across the UAE. The role involves joining an established clinical team in a well‑equipped emergency department, delivering high‑quality urgent and critical care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, stabilize and manage patients with acute illnesses, injuries and medical emergencies.
• Provide timely emergency interventions, resuscitation and initial critical care, including trauma, cardiac, respiratory and stroke cases.
• Prioritise patients according to triage protocols and coordinate care with intensive care, surgery, radiology and other departments.
• Perform emergency procedures within the scope of qualifications and maintain accurate medical records.

Required profile

• Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine appropriate to the professional title.
• Specialist or consultant‑level clinical experience in emergency medicine, with a valid medical licence or professional registration.
• Eligibility to meet UAE healthcare licensing requirements; candidates with UK CCT, US Board, Australian, German or other recognised western qualifications are encouraged.

Required skills

• Proficiency in emergency assessment and rapid decision‑making.
• Experience in resuscitation, trauma management and acute patient care.
