Senior Specialist - Contracts & KPI Management

About the role

Wasael Property Management is hiring a Senior Specialist for Contracts and KPI management in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the management of supplier performance, contractual compliance and operational KPI monitoring across facilities management services in a large-scale, complex, 24/7 environment. It is a key point of expertise in performance analytics, contract compliance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance monitoring frameworks and analyse supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs, with recommendations
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and service delivery standards, and work with operational teams and contractors on corrective actions
• Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards and KPI tracking systems; validate and audit performance data in CAFM, CMMS or ERP systems
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, and analyse trends and risks
• Escalate and track non-compliance issues and support supplier onboarding, mobilisation and performance reviews
• Act as a key user of CAFM/CMMS/ERP systems and build reporting templates and automated tools
• Work with FM operational teams, procurement and contractors on performance expectations

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Contract Management, Facilities Management, Data Analytics or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years in contract management, supplier performance monitoring or facilities management operations
• Experience in large-scale, complex environments and in performance reporting, data analysis and KPI management
