About the role
As a Senior Specialist in Customer Experience Strategy at talabat, you will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, identify pain points and drive data‑backed solutions that improve outcomes. You will lead CX programs from problem definition through execution, optimisation and scaling across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long‑term CX vision and roadmap, defining success metrics and measuring impact.
- Analyse CX data using cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics and segmentation to uncover pain points.
- Design, pilot, roll out and iterate CX programs, ensuring measurable customer and business value.
- Collaborate with product, tech, operations and market teams to align priorities and unblock execution.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and create reusable playbooks.
- Identify opportunities for predictive models (churn risk, reorder probability, voucher redemption) and work with data‑science teams.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or high‑growth start‑ups focused on customer experience, analytics, program management or strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of ownership and ability to run programs end‑to‑end.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes and communicating complex analysis simply.
