About the role
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to lead employee performance, training and development initiatives. The role designs, implements and monitors programs that enhance employee efficiency and build institutional capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyse training needs across departments and prepare the annual training plan.
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes, monitor attendance and evaluate impact.
- Manage the performance management system and track related performance indicators.
- Prepare and monitor the training budget, ensure compliance and produce periodic reports.
- Support onboarding, leadership development and knowledge‑transfer initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a ministerial or federal government environment.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with the Bayanati system.
- Strong ability to develop detailed training plans and evaluate programmes.
