Senior Specialist Programs and Project Control

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Programs and Project Control to provide expert support for planning, scheduling, cost tracking and performance reporting. The role ensures projects and programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain programme and project control processes, systems and reporting frameworks.
• Develop, review and update project schedules, milestones and performance baselines.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules, budgets and KPIs, analysing variances and identifying risks.
• Support cost monitoring, forecasting, commitment tracking and Estimate at Completion (EAC) activities.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, progress reports, performance metrics and management presentations.
• Consolidate information from multiple workstreams for programme‑level reporting.
• Maintain change registers and assess cost and schedule impacts of variations.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Commercial, Contracts, Risk, Procurement and Technical teams to ensure accurate controls data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in project controls or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in programme and project control within construction or property management environments.
