Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

About the role

Exyte is looking for a Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition to shape its future by sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, working closely with hiring managers across departments in a dynamic, fast-growing international company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 360-degree recruiting in a fast-growing international company
• Run end-to-end recruiting with active sourcing tools, including proactive candidate sourcing through tailored database searches, advertising, social media and other sources
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Hold weekly catch-ups with project teams and hiring managers to keep recruitment progressing and resolve issues quickly
• Chair interviews wherever possible and commit to hiring the best talent
• Generate reports on internal recruitment and open vacancies
• Ensure a compliant recruitment process through the ATS and keep accurate records such as cost per hire and hire source
• Support other countries with recruitment when necessary

Required profile

• Degree or commercial apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Several years of professional recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in a relevant sector such as construction, engineering or similar
• Knowledge of recruiting market trends and a hands-on approach to recruiting
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Positive, collaborative attitude with internal and external stakeholders

• MS Office and MS Teams
• SAP SuccessFactors (ideally)
