Senior Staff Nurse – OPD

About the role

The Senior Staff Nurse – OPD will manage the clinical aspects of the satellite clinic, ensuring coordinated, safe patient flow and high‑quality, age‑specific care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee patient assessment, critical care evaluation and care planning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain nursing documentation, ensure availability of supplies, and supervise staff competencies and life‑support certifications.
• Coordinate clinic operations including pre‑screening, KPI audits, stock management, and follow‑up on insurance approvals and surgical scheduling.
• Participate in JCIA accreditation activities, continuous quality improvement, and staff meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and registration as a Registered Nurse in Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand or Australia (UAE nationals exempted).
• 3‑5 years post‑graduate nursing experience, preferably with team‑lead or senior RN experience.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) essential.
