Senior Stakeholder Engineer

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engineer to manage relationships with regulatory agencies, authorities and client teams to secure necessary approvals and NOCs for construction projects in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder management and communication plans, including escalation matrices.
• Track and monitor NOC status, maintain NOC trackers, and intervene to ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with client teams, government offices and service authorities on technical queries and issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, collect information from agencies and third‑party consultants, and support project design meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a construction‑related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in stakeholder/NOC coordination, especially with Dubai authorities.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle for daily travel to government offices.
