Technical Manager – Civil Infrastructure

About the role

A leading construction company in the UAE is urgently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee technical operations for major civil infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating with project teams, consultants and government authorities to ensure successful delivery of roads, highways, underpasses and utility networks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical management activities for major roads, highways, underpasses and related infrastructure projects.
• Review engineering designs, technical documents and project requirements to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and authorities such as Dubai Municipality and RTA to resolve technical issues.
• Support project planning, execution and delivery through effective technical guidance and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 16+ years of professional experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years experience as a Technical Manager or Engineering Manager on major roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with Dubai Municipality, RTA or similar UAE government authorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience with BIM platforms and project coordination tools.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
