Senior Static Equipment Engineer

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Static Equipment Engineer to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions team on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the delivery of engineering solutions across the full asset life‑cycle for petrochemical and LNG facilities, and requires occasional travel to international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FEED and detailed engineering activities for static equipment in petrochemical and LNG projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Support project execution on‑site and liaise with clients, including ADNOC, as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in petrochemical and LNG projects.
• Proven experience in FEED and detailed engineering phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Willingness to travel internationally outside the UAE.
