About the role
My client is a leading educational business in the UAE and is seeking an outstanding Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their head office team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a recruitment team of 15 people and the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Design employer branding and employee value proposition.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple critical roles across head office and campus hiring, targeting around 300 hires per year.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior internal stakeholders, advising on recruitment solutions and processes.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensure ATS data integrity, and regularly share updates with stakeholders.
- Utilise innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to attract top‑tier talent.
- Identify and implement recruitment enhancement ideas across the region.
