Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Middle East

About the role

Haskoning is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in its Dubai office. You will attract, engage and hire top talent across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Jordan, working closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver recruitment expertise, help shape the talent acquisition strategy and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, social media, talent communities, industry events, employee referrals and networking
• Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders across the Middle East to share recruitment best practices, market insights and guidance
• Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and stakeholder engagement
• Developing sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to build talent pipelines across the region
• Driving workforce planning and advising leaders on talent availability, salary benchmarking and market trends
• Improving recruitment processes, systems and candidate experiences
