Senior Tax Quality Consultant (MENA)

The MENA Tax Quality team is looking for a Senior Consultant to support regional and global tax quality programmes, ensuring high‑quality work, risk management and compliance across the Middle East and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Support Tax Quality Review (TQR) planning, scheduling and delivery across MENA.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, documentation and system access for review activities.
• Track progress, findings, remediation actions and escalations, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare reports, status updates and post‑review lessons‑learned documentation.
• Develop and deliver training, communications and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Create presentations and dashboards highlighting key themes and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain the MENA Tax Quality SharePoint site and support EYI MyDocs and Client Collaboration tools.
• Assist the wider Tax Quality team on additional projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate university degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in compliance, quality review, internal audit, legal or risk management.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous executive assistant/PA experience is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• High degree of flexibility, professionalism and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook and the full Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard creation.
