Senior Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

Analog is looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer and partner solutions across its portfolio. This customer‑facing position will translate signed contracts into actionable project plans, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure that every commitment on scope, timeline and quality is met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of customer contracts, guaranteeing deliverables meet agreed scope, schedule and quality standards.
• Act as the primary delivery liaison for government, enterprise and strategic stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
• Break down contracts and statements of work into clear project plans, milestones and execution responsibilities.
• Align engineering, product, AI research, robotics partners and business units to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Identify risks early, resolve blockers and maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams.
• Oversee onboarding, training and transition activities to ensure customers realize the intended value.
• Provide structured status updates and executive‑level reporting to both customers and Analog leadership.
• Capture lessons learned, refine delivery playbooks and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer engagement model.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in technical delivery, engagement or program management with direct customer‑facing responsibility.
• Strong background in AI, robotics, digital platforms or enterprise‑scale deployments is highly preferred.
