Senior Technical DevOps Engineer

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Senior Technical DevOps Engineer to join its DevSecOps and Automation team in Dubai. In this senior position you will design, implement and optimise DevOps strategies that improve efficiency, scalability and reliability across the airline’s technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase of cloud adoption and migration, collaborating with architects and security teams to define robust DevOps and cloud engineering architectures.
• Drive automation of change management, resiliency, monitoring, capacity planning and emergency response for assigned product suites.
• Act as the primary lead for service reliability, scalability and performance within Agile release trains.
• Identify and improve product lifecycle by streamlining continuous deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in DevOps, cloud engineering and automation at an enterprise level.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and partner with architects, security and operations.
• Strong understanding of site‑reliability principles and Agile delivery models.
