Senior Technical Engineer - Data Centre

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer – Data Centre to join its Digital Platforms and Employee Experience team in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing network and telecom solutions that support the airline’s global operations and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high‑quality IT data‑centre solutions aligned with business needs and corporate standards.
• Provide expert technical consultancy and act as the lead technical member on project work‑packages.
• Drive network and telecom strategy implementation across the group, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor and foster high‑performing technical teams to meet architectural objectives.
• Validate that solutions meet service‑level expectations for availability, capacity, security and resilience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in data‑centre, network and telecom engineering.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills to advise and collaborate with EGIT teams.
• Track record of delivering complex IT projects on a global scale.
