Senior Tender Executive

About the role

The Senior Tender Executive will lead the full tendering cycle for adventure construction, hospitality and destination development projects in Dubai. This on‑site, full‑time position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, finance, legal, procurement and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities across construction, hospitality and infrastructure sectors.
• Analyse client requirements, coordinate clarifications and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial submissions.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to gather accurate data, cost inputs and project schedules.
• Manage tender documentation, track deadlines and ensure compliance with client specifications and internal standards.
• Support negotiation, handover to project teams after award and contribute to bid strategy development.
• Maintain tender databases, records and continuously improve tendering tools, templates and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tendering, bid management or proposals within construction, infrastructure, hospitality or destination development.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with the capacity to interpret technical documents, drawings and commercial terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing persuasive tender documentation and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East or similar markets and familiarity with local regulations is beneficial.
