Senior UA Manager

About the role

This is a fully remote senior position focused on driving user growth for mobile products on a global scale. You will own acquisition campaigns across major paid social platforms, use data to maximize efficiency, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to test and scale high‑performing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise mobile user‑acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor performance with AppsFlyer, internal BI tools and other measurement platforms.
• Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA, LTV and ROI.
• Design, execute and evaluate creative, audience and ad‑format experiments.
• Analyse acquisition funnels and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful performance‑based mobile user‑acquisition experience.
• Proven expertise managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance‑marketing principles, unit economics and sales‑funnel optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile measurement partners, especially AppsFlyer, and knowledge of install attribution and SKAdNetwork.
• Fluent in Russian and English (B1 level or higher).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
