Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Product team and take ownership of the design experience across our enterprise and internal digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and problem definition to final design and delivery.
• Conduct user interviews, stakeholder discussions, usability testing, and user research to understand needs and validate solutions.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Build, maintain, and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving UX/UI processes and standards.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably in B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or internal products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Proven ability to mentor or guide junior designers.
