Senior Visual Merchandiser (Retail)

About the role

The Senior Visual Merchandiser will lead visual merchandising across assigned Homes R Us stores in Dubai, ensuring brand consistency and driving commercial performance through compelling visual presentations. This role combines strategic planning, hands‑on execution and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver seasonal and promotional campaigns that resonate with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for designated stores.
• Maintain full compliance with visual merchandising guidelines, point‑of‑sale standards and overall brand direction.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, new product launches and major commercial events such as Ramadan and sales periods.
• Create and roll out visual standards, floor plans and merchandising guidelines as needed.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits and floor walks to monitor execution and performance.
• Coach, guide and train Associate Visual Merchandisers and store teams.
• Collaborate closely with Buying, Marketing and Operations to support commercial objectives.
• Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to optimise visual presentation.
• Ensure consistent visual standards across all departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop store teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales performance and customer insights.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with buying, marketing and operations teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on brand consistency.
