About the role
The Senior Waiter prepares the dining hall before service, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fresh, while also serving guests. This role supports the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant and maintaining high hygiene standards throughout service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Help the captain waiter with restaurant set‑up and mise en place preparation.
- Maintain personal appearance and high hygiene levels.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
- Assist the captain waiter in placing plates on clients' tables.
- Replace ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
- Clear tables after meals and clean them.
- Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow their instructions.
