SEO Specialist - Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist who will design and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. The role requires strong English communication skills and Arabic language ability to support multilingual content and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across website pages, product listings, landing pages, blogs, and category pages.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize e‑commerce pages, improve product discoverability, and resolve crawl, indexing, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Web teams to produce SEO‑friendly content.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Build and manage ethical backlink campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, FMCG or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
