SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote (UAE)

About the role

This remote position is focused on improving organic visibility and maximizing the performance of paid search campaigns for a partner company operating in the United Arab Emirates. You will own end‑to‑end SEO activities and manage PPC initiatives across major search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, link building, and site architecture improvements.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, and Bing Ads to achieve ROI and acquisition targets.
• Analyze website analytics, paid‑search performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast monthly costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct competitor research and incorporate findings into SEO/SEM tactics.
• Collaborate with development, editorial, and marketing teams to embed search best practices into digital experiences.
• Perform A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates and acquisition outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in SEO with a solid grasp of ranking factors and algorithm updates.
• Demonstrated SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
