Server – Fine Dining at 5‑Star Beachfront Hotel

About the role

As a Server with Fairmont Ajman, you will be the face of exceptional service and cuisine in our beachfront 5‑star hotel. You will deliver warm, personalized attention to guests in our restaurants and lounges, ensuring each dining experience feels unique and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Take and accurately process orders, communicating special requests and dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including mise‑en‑place and replenishment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Promote additional food and beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance, grooming standards, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
