Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor will be the primary liaison between customers and workshop operations, ensuring a seamless service experience across the UAE. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Manage the end‑to‑end service process from vehicle reception through delivery.
• Identify upselling opportunities and manage discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Liaise with workshop and production teams to provide accurate progress updates and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Explain repair work, service recommendations, and costs clearly at handover.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high Customer Service Value and Net Promoter Score.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of automotive aftersales experience, preferably as a Service Advisor.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication in English; basic Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
• Technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
