Service Advisor – Lexus Dealership

About the role

Join the Lexus team at Al‑Futtaim Motors in Dubai Al Badia as a Service Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless after‑sales experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Drive monthly revenue through strategic upselling, discount management, and meeting sales targets.
• Provide expert advice, ensuring vehicles are serviced correctly the first time.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on vehicle progress and delivery timelines.
• Handle complaints efficiently, improving service scores and overall satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent, premium experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours and collaborate with reception, aftersales, and workshop teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
