Service Advisor – Toyota/Lexus (UAE National)

About the role

The Service Advisor represents the Toyota‑Lexus brand, ensuring an exemplary after‑sales experience that drives customer loyalty, retention and revenue. You will work closely with reception, after‑sales and workshop teams to deliver timely, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, handling complaints to improve Customer Service Value and Net Promoter Scores.
• Upsell services, control discounts and meet monthly revenue targets while providing accurate progress updates to customers.
• Explain all work performed and associated costs at vehicle delivery, ensuring customers understand the value delivered.
• Maintain 100% data accuracy on all documents and comply with SOPs, company policies and distributor programs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in automotive service, preferably in a similar advisory role.
• Strong customer‑oriented attitude, honesty, cultural sensitivity and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Technical expertise in automotive service processes.
