About the role

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a Service Leader for cementing operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading a field crew, ensuring safe and efficient execution of cementing jobs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with PDC and HR to recruit and develop operational staff, including performance assessments and disciplinary actions.
Review cement job plans with technical professionals, address equipment concerns, and supervise crew adherence to Halliburton HSE and HMS procedures.
Conduct pre‑ and post‑job safety meetings, manage change procedures when required, and evaluate job performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain equipment readiness, monitor maintenance compliance, and apply findings to improve service efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop strong customer relationships on‑site, provide operational expertise, and resolve job disputes to approved levels.

Required profile

High school diploma.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist in cementing or related oilfield services.
