Service Supervisor III – Cementing

About the role

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a Service Supervisor III – Cementing to lead complex cementing operations at well sites in Abu Dhabi. The role combines technical oversight, crew management, and customer satisfaction for high‑profile jobs in the oilfield services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site, handling complex and hazardous jobs.
• Plan job execution, provide crew instructions, and manage equipment preparation and clean‑up.
• Perform calculations required for the total job and ensure accurate documentation.
• Lead a mixed crew of Halliburton and non‑Halliburton personnel, evaluating performance and delivering training.
• Resolve disputes within approved authority levels and maintain budgetary accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and promote quality improvement processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Supervisor – Cementing II.
• Licensure to drive commercial equipment, if required.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction on oilfield service sites.
• Commitment to safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
