About the role
We are looking for a Services Assistant to provide safe and efficient transportation and logistical support across the college campus. The role ensures faculty, staff, students and visitors are moved promptly while supporting the set‑up of events and daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the college’s Club Car to transport faculty, staff, students and official guests safely within the campus.
- Coordinate with university departments to schedule maintenance, servicing and repairs of the Club Car and report any issues.
- Provide logistical assistance for college events by loading, unloading and delivering equipment, furniture, materials and other items.
- Assist with any additional duties assigned by the supervisor that align with the position’s purpose.
Required profile
- Secondary School Certificate (minimum qualification).
