Services Cluster Director - META (Middle East, Turkey, Africa)

About the role

Eaton's Electrical Business is looking for a Services Cluster Director for its Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region, based in Dubai. The role owns the consolidated Services Cluster financial (P&L) and operational targets across Lifecycle Services, Project Services and Digital Services, and defines and executes the overall META Services strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage the Cluster Services organization across multiple countries, leading Lifecycle Services teams as Country Service Leaders and overseeing Project Services execution.
• Drive collaboration with EMEA Service Product Lines (PD Services, UPS Services, Life Safety Services, Projects Services, Digital) and support the EMEA field service engineers pool.
• Implement standard tools, processes and service strategies, including go-to-market and pricing, and introduce the standard Services portfolio in the markets.
• Pursue proactive services sales, manage the Authorized Service Partners (ASP) and interface with Sales Zones and key customers to source new business and maintain client relations.
• Manage the lifecycle of electrical products sold in the cluster, tracking installed base data and maximizing service coverage.
• Lead a regional Services leadership team, covering talent development, succession planning and accountability, and drive operational excellence with availability, productivity and efficiency.
• Integrate and harmonize Services operations across META with a consistent operating model, governance and standardized processes.
• Partner with META Commercial leadership and country organizations to expand the Services portfolio and accelerate market penetration.
• Represent the cluster in business reviews, reporting predefined KPIs, and coordinate with the Center of Excellence for inside sales, quotation, order and contract management.

Required profile

• Minimum degree level, preferably engineering or business related.
• General management (P&L) experience with commercial and similar Services operational skills, and international (multi-country, multi-culture) management experience.
• Technical knowledge or field experience in power quality (UPS), power distribution (low/medium voltage switchgear) or life safety (emergency lighting, fire systems).
• Experience as a manager of people across multiple countries.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders such as Service Product Line Leaders.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and time management and delegation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional cluster languages are a plus.
• Matrix organization experience in a multi-cultural environment and intercultural awareness.
• Ability to coordinate with central functions (Operational Excellence, COE, Product Lines).
