SHE Advisor – Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented SHE Advisor (Site Supervision) to ensure the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance across our construction and operational sites in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non‑compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near‑misses, document findings, and recommend preventive measures.
• Analyze safety data and trends to develop improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, international safety standards, and organisational SHE policies.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection checklists, audit records, and compliance certificates.
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and workers to develop and implement site‑specific safety plans.
• Monitor use and maintenance of personal protective equipment and safety equipment.
• Report safety performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a SHE/HSE advisory or supervisory role, preferably in construction or heavy engineering.
• Proven expertise in site inspections, hazard assessments, and risk analysis.
• Strong knowledge of incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE labour laws, OSHA standards, and international safety regulations.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent SHE certification preferred.
