Shipping Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate and oversee all activities related to the shipment of goods, ensuring compliance with incoterms and local/international shipping regulations for timely delivery of inbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with internal and external stakeholders and update Logitude for status tracking.
• Compare forwarder charges, follow up purchase orders, and archive documents for advance shipment notifications.
• Review shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) with clearing agents to ensure smooth clearance.
• Resolve shipment issues, share HS code summaries, and manage MOFAIC requirements for high‑value shipments.
• Archive charges, request payments after delivery, and prepare operational reports monitoring shipping KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight coordination or supply chain operations.
• Understanding of import/export documentation and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
