Showroom Sales Manager – Automotive

About the role

Al Ghurair is seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead sales operations at its new automotive dealership. The role combines performance management, customer engagement, and operational oversight to drive revenue and ensure a premium showroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance to meet or exceed budget targets.
• Track, generate, and optimise leads to improve conversion rates.
• Support the Dealer Principal with budgeting and sales operations.
• Oversee transaction processing using the dealer management system.
• Manage finance and insurance processes to capture additional revenue.
• Conduct daily sales meetings to monitor activities and progress.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain showroom display and hygiene standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in operational management.
• Strong background in automotive sales.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of banking and financial processes.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
