Shutter Door and Hydraulic Technician

About the role

THE FIGURE 360 provides interior design and fit-out solutions for residential and commercial properties across the UAE, offering turnkey and custom-made solutions to hotels, retail spaces, corporate offices and homes. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Shutter Door and Hydraulic Technician in Dubai who installs, maintains and repairs shutter doors and hydraulic systems used in commercial and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair shutter doors and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical components so equipment runs safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with project managers and other technicians on ongoing fit-out and interior projects.
• Document work accurately and follow company safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong skills in hydraulic systems and mobile hydraulics, including installation, operation and safety practices.
• Maintenance and repair skills for shutter doors and related heavy equipment, with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues.
• Experience with heavy equipment in construction, fit-out or facilities environments is highly beneficial.
• Formal technical training or certification in mechanical, hydraulic or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use standard hand and power tools and follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work independently and within a team on site in Dubai.
