Site Architect - Prime Private Residences (Revit)

About the role

A boutique architecture and interiors studio behind some of Dubai's most significant private homes is delivering a select group of ultra-prime villas with exceptional budgets and standards. It needs a Site Architect to act as the studio's eyes, ears and authority on site, ensuring what gets built matches the design from structure to final finish.

Key responsibilities

• Work daily with the main contractor and specialist packages, including joinery, stone, metalwork and glazing.
• Review shop drawings, samples and mock-ups, signing off nothing that falls short.
• Manage RFIs, site instructions and design changes, keeping the Revit model and drawing set current.
• Bridge the gap between site and studio, resolving detail problems quickly and properly.
• Lead inspections, quality checks and snagging through to handover.

Required profile

• Qualification in architecture and genuine on-site delivery experience.
• Proven experience delivering bespoke, one-off luxury homes; developer-led multi-unit schemes and commercial fit-outs are not enough.
• Strong Revit skills, as the studio runs every project in Revit.
• Confidence managing contractors, staying calm under pressure and maintaining uncompromising standards.
• An eye for craft, able to judge exceptional stone setting, joinery and metalwork.

• Salary of AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month depending on experience.
