Site Engineer - Residential Building Projects

About the role

Silver Land Contracting L.L.C is looking for a proactive, results-driven Site Engineer to manage and execute residential building projects (G+4). The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality and safety standards, coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, procurement and management. It is a hands-on position requiring strong control of site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute works according to drawings and specifications, using the latest drawings
• Check levels, alignment and measurements
• Raise and follow up on RFIs
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure material and resource availability
• Report daily progress and issues, and maintain site records, documentation and activity logs
• Manage inspections and quality checks, and ensure proper material handling and workmanship
• Ensure safety compliance on site

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant UAE/GCC construction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of building construction and site execution
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications
• Good knowledge of site supervision, quality control and construction procedures
• UAE driving licence preferred; knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements is an advantage
