Site Engineer – Retail & Commercial Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead retail and commercial fit‑out projects, ensuring architectural and MEP works are executed to approved drawings, specifications and timelines. The role involves daily site supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and HSE compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise architectural and MEP works according to approved drawings and project scope.
• Manage daily site activities, verify dimensions, levels and site conditions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, mall management, QS, joinery teams and internal project teams.
• Monitor site quality, cleanliness, safety, security and HSE compliance.
• Track permits, day works, material inventory, deliveries and project progress.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical conflicts and execution challenges.
• Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE fit‑out experience in retail, commercial or F&B projects.
• Experience working with mall management, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Flexible to work different shifts/hours based on project requirements.
• Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage.
