About the role
Careers International is hiring a Site Foreman in Dubai for glass and aluminium installation projects. The foreman supervises daily site work, ensures productivity, safety and quality of the assigned crew, and reports progress and issues to the Site Engineer.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily work activities at site for glass and aluminium installations
- Ensure productivity, safety and quality of the assigned crew
- Interpret site drawings and guide the team accordingly
- Maintain site tools and equipment and ensure safety compliance
- Report progress and issues to the Site Engineer
Required profile
- ITI or diploma in a technical trade
- 3-5 years of experience as a foreman on aluminium and glass projects
- Ability to manage a team and meet daily targets under pressure
Required skills
- Knowledge of HSE protocols
- Reading and interpreting site drawings
