About the role
The Site Manager will lead the day‑to‑day construction activities for a large wastewater treatment plant and associated pipeline network in Ras Al Khaimah. This role requires strong coordination of subcontractors and strict adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage construction of the STP and pipeline works, including excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, manholes, pump stations and pressure testing.
- Coordinate subcontractors, resolve interface conflicts and handle municipal/utility matters such as traffic diversion, utility protection and NOCs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and ESMP requirements throughout the project.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years total experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior site management position.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Preference for candidates with experience in wastewater treatment and pipeline construction.
