Site Nurse – First‑line Healthcare in Dubai

About the role

The Site Nurse provides first‑line healthcare and emergency medical support to employees at a designated worksite in Dubai. The role involves responding promptly to injuries and medical emergencies, delivering appropriate nursing care, maintaining accurate medical records, and promoting occupational health and safety in partnership with site management and the HSE team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immediate medical care and first‑aid treatment to injured or ill employees.
• Maintain and update accurate medical and incident records.
• Coordinate occupational health and safety initiatives with site management and the HSE department.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor workplace health conditions.
• Provide health education and preventive advice to staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional nursing licence for the UAE.
• Valid BLS certification; First Aid and ACLS are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently on site and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication, assessment and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• First Aid proficiency.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – preferred.
• Emergency response and incident management.
• Infection control and basic occupational health knowledge.
